The modernly furnished spacious apartment of 102 square meters is located on the 3rd floor without a lift. Newly approved (in 2019) apartment house “J” was built on the site of the former hostel ČSTV Cáchovna. The main advantage of the apartment is its location, as it is located directly on the ski slope Horní Mísečky – Medvědín. While above the apartment house there is a ski slope from Medvědín, the chairlift Horní Mísečky runs 100m from the apartment.

The apartment is fully equipped.

The apartment has a spacious entrance hall with a wall wardrobe. The bathroom with shower is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, toilet is separate. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with a high mattress and a large wardrobe. The duplex bedroom is equipped with four single beds with a comfortable high mattress that can combined into two double beds. The living area has a corner sofa bed, LED TV and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and kettle. WI-FI is available to guests free of charge. There are plenty of clothes hangers in each room.

Pokud Klient odstoupí od uzavřené smlouvy, je povinen hradit provozovateli níže uvedené storno poplatky z celkové ceny pobytu.

Storno poplatky činí:

  • 30 % z ceny pobytu, dojde-li k odstoupení od smlouvy více jak 45 dní před smluveným datem zahájení pobytu,
  • 70 % z ceny pobytu, dojde-li k odstoupení od smlouvy od 45–14 dní před smluveným datem zahájení pobytu,
  • 100% z ceny pobytu, dojde-li k odstoupení od smlouvy méně jak 14 dní před smluveným datem zahájení pobytu.
